Unsure of who will attend your virtual event or which WFH employees will redeem swag?
Enable MagicLink™ to keep your invitation link open so people can redeem while you only pay for the orders you approve. Here's how it works:
1. Create an order and leave your link open
While creating your order, when prompted for recipients, select "Leave my link open for new people" and give us an estimate for the number of recipients. These can be WFH employees, work from anywhere employees, event attendees, or anyone you choose.
2. Your unique swag gets its own unique link
Freely share the link to your confirmation page by posting it on Slack, your event invitation, a QR code or just emailing it.
3. Recipients place their orders
Users log in and start filling their cart with their favorite swag items. Each order will be placed in our system but processed once you approve them.
4. Approve or reject the orders from your Swag Dashboard
You’ll see the names and emails of those recipients that have redeemed your gift, but the orders don’t get fulfilled until you approve them. You only pay for approved orders.
5. Approved orders get packed and shipped
Once you approve the orders, leave it to our team to take care of rest.
6. Get credited back or pay for any additional orders
You will receive a summary of those who redeemed and those who didn't. Remember, you only pay for redeemed swag orders.
